Diamond Recruitment Operations teams are based in the North West, the Midlands, Herefordshire and Wales. The Diamond team have over 30 years’ experience within the recruitment industry allowing us to deliver the simple and professional solution our clients expect.

Our operations team run our recruitment support branches. Our goal is to guide our candidates throughout their career. Along the way they will become part of the Diamond family.

Sophie Rice has been working for Diamond Recruitment Services since 2014. She started as a trainee recruitment consultant and has worked her way through the ranks to be come Operations Manager for the Midlands area.

Sophie prides herself on the relationships she builds with the clients and our candidates.

Sophie works along side the Midlands branches to ensure the highest service level is achieved.

Howard Marin Taylor has been with Diamond Recruitment Services since 2010. Before working for Diamond, Howard was a General Manager for a Moulded Packaging Manufacturing Facility. His experience and knowledge has given Howard the advantage of understanding the other side of the recruitment process, and has helped to make our approach more client focused.

Howard also prides himself on the relationships he has built with his clients and candidates. He will always go above and beyond for both.

Howard is based in our Holywell branch and works very closely with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
