​A highly regarded boutique-style agency, well established within the events industry providing a full range of experience solutions from live events, creative content, exhibitions & virtual events. With a growing client list, we work across a range of projects covering strategy, creative concept writing and campaign development, producing and delivering events including exhibitions, conferences, roadshows and awards ceremonies to name a few.

Having successfully acquired new virtual and live clients throughout the pandemic and in the process of a rebrand and a period of substantial growth we are looking for a highly motivated team player to join this highly efficient but small team.

The successful candidates must have a proven background of working as a Project Manager in production and exhibitions within live events, production or communication agencies and be confident in managing the full process from taking and interpreting briefs through to full delivery. Candidates must have proven experience in delivery, as well as a having a strong understanding of technology and different communication platforms.

  • Working on project concepts & new briefs

  • Creative project and Project financial management

  • Account management and development

  • Understanding the messaging and objectives of a project

  • Developing creative proposals that bring fresh and innovative ideas to content and engagement

  • Advising and managing production and technology to enhance events including creative ways to engage audiences in person and digitally

  • Client management and communication

  • Overseeing all production elements of delivery including video, technical, graphics and digital including onsite

  • Working closely with internal project teams

  • Management of pre-production scheduling, timelines, running orders etc.

  • Budget management

  • Virtual & hybrid and live event delivery

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (Dep on live work) 1-hour lunch, Remote working Mondays and Fridays

Time off in lieu for weekend work
