Sales Executive / Customer Support

An exciting opportunity to join an established, growing and innovative company who have recently opened up its second office in Market Harborough. My client is looking for driven, ambitious and bright individuals to join their busy and friendly Customer Service Sales Support team. Do you have good interpersonal skills, a confident telephone manner and a willingness to learn? Then this could be the role for you. The successful candidates will have a strong work ethic combined with an aptitude to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• To take a high volume of incoming calls and queries from our existing and new business customers

• To make outbound calls (warm leads) to potential new customers

• To make pro-active calls to keep in touch with existing customers

• Maintenance of in-house CRM system

• Liaise with production and warehouse

• To quote customers on products efficiently and promptly

• Maintain excellent service levels

Duties and responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail

• To be comfortable with making phone calls

• No prior sales experience is necessary, however, it would be beneficial

• Self-motivated with the ambition to grow with the business

• Competent with IT systems and Microsoft Office packages including Outlook

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise

• Excellent telephone manner and verbal/written communication

• Good initiative

• Punctual

• Flexibility with working hours

• The ability to work well within a team

• Driving licence

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 35 hours per week with half an hour for lunch

Salary:circa £23,500 per annum + Annual performance bonus
