Job Description

We are on the lookout for individuals who appreciate the value of hard work, dedication, and the opportunity to grow with the company. Our client's factory operates on 12-hour shifts, encompassing nights (Sunday to Thursday morning) and days (Monday to Thursday). One of the perks of this role is that you will enjoy your weekends with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art machinery exclusive to the UK proficiently and safely to produce top-tier floor underlay materials.

- Engage in tasks such as manual handling, warehouse work, packing, and the processing of recycled materials.

- Comply with stringent time schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory.

- Join their collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues as required without being asked.
