Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our growing team in Deeside. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding high-quality metal components, mainly in mild steel and stainless steel. If you have a strong work ethic and the ability to work to the highest standards, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

• Carry out TIG and MIG welding on mild steel and stainless-steel materials.

• Operate hand and power tools, such as grinders, saws, and drills, to shape metal components.

• Interpret and follow engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and adheres to health and safety standards.

• Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring smooth project execution.

• Maintain a safe, tidy, and organized work environment.

• Aid with other fabrication and engineering tasks as required.

  
  

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder, particularly in mild steel and stainless-steel fabrication.

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

• Solid understanding of fabrication processes and industry best practices.

• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• High attention to detail and strong focus on quality control.

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety practices in a fabrication environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

  
  

Desirable Attributes:

• Qualifications in MIG and TIG welding.

• Experience with additional welding processes such as MMA.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
