Production Worker

Company Overview:Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic and composite components based in St Asaph. They are currently seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about learning and dedicated to delivering exceptional products.

Job Description:We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join a dynamic team. Your main duties will include:

• Packing lightweight products and palletising.

• Engaging in manual handling, warehouse work, and the processing of materials.

• Working to time-bound schedules to ensure the smooth running of the factory.

• Contributing to a collaborative environment, assisting colleagues when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machines (experience not necessary; training provided).

• Package finished products and ensure high-quality standards.

• Perform manual handling tasks related to packing and palletising.

• Support warehouse duties as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A genuine eagerness to learn new processes and machinery.

• A proactive approach, willing to assist other departments when needed.

• The ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating basis.

• Previous experience in production or machine handling is a plus, but not required.

Requirements:

• Availability for Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts (rotating basis).

• Own transportation due to location and shift times.

• Willingness to engage in manual handling and production work.

Pay:

Morning shift(7am-3pm)-£11.44 per hour

Afternoon shift (3pm-11pm)- £12.58 per hour

Night shift (11pm-7am)- £13.73 per hour
